Fran Blanes

1973, Leo, Argentinian.

Fran starts drawing from his childhood, then he studies Advertising, Cinema and after makes two Postgraduates on Contemporany Arts Studies. He obtains a grant to do a Master in Documentary in Barcelona in 2000.

He has a great interest as the performance and organizes several shows in Barcelone ; Buenos Aires and Madrid.

His favorite subjects are the Borders, the emptiness and the nonsense, from a surrealistic point of view. He works with the “Real”, and carries us at unconsciousness places.
