ARCO, MANUEL

 

Manuel Arco received his preliminary vocational training at IMVAL, center for audiovisual education, in 2004. Later on, he collaborated with multidisciplinary companies such as `La Marabunta´, avant-garde theatre, or `Imbira´, dance and physical theatre, providing the  audiovisual contents design. In association with Nebur Kam co-produced the video clip for the song `Libre´, included in the LP called `Treze´ recorded by the cantabrian band Marlenne.

In 2006 he moved to Bilbao to continue with his technical education at IEFPS Ategorri Tartanga to obtain the vocational advanced diploma in audiovisual and showbusiness production. Meanwhile he filmed short films stories such as `Dos Caras´, which reached the final at Erandio short film contest in 2008, `Simul Nihil´, also finalist at Lekuz Leku 2008 videoart festival or `Un lugar, un momento´ selected to be exhibited at the Zinebi Express 2009 short film festival.

Nowadays he is deeply involved in vijing production under the pseudonym `El Ciudadano Invisible´ combining his VJ activity with the design and edition of exclusive video pieces for the independent audiovisual production project 30 DE F.
