A lonely sick woman is laying in an underground hospital bed. Infected by the Induced Catatonic Hiperbola Virus 2 (ICHV2), which has spread globaly in the last months, she awaits her death. A visitor comes to be with her in response to a newspaper announcement. The dying lady receives him with dismay, the mysterious character didn’t come just to see her rasping breath. La Visita is an approach to death and loneliness in the context of a new and strange illness.When ignorance causes in society the rejection, paranoia and isolation of the infected. This video is part of a multi-discipline installation which explores different points of views about one event. There is a general point of view, apart from the situation; another point of view is one that is closer, more personal. Also, the media power to over inform or sub inform about a new event is criticized; this is because it can create a reality that it is not as how the media describes it but this doesn’t mean that the situation does not exist.
